By accessing this website, submitting a registration application, and/or making payment of the registration fee, the applicant ("Applicant," "Participant," "You") unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs"), the Rules and Regulations set out herein, and any other policies, guidelines, or instructions issued by DPM Entertainment ("Organizer," "We," "Us," "Our") from time to time.
If the Applicant does not agree to these T&Cs, they must immediately discontinue use of this website and refrain from submitting any application or payment.
For Miss Teen Applicants who are below 18 years of age, these T&Cs must be read, understood, and accepted by the Applicant's parent or legal guardian on the Applicant's behalf. By proceeding with registration, the parent/guardian confirms their full consent to the Applicant's participation.
DPM Entertainment is a talent and entertainment organization conducting the DPM Beauty Pageant — a multi-category competition celebrating elegance, talent, and aspiration. The Event encompasses the following categories:

The Event format includes Online Auditions, Photoshoot, Interview, and Grand Finale stages. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the format, stages, schedule, and structure of the Event at any time without prior notice.
To be eligible to participate in the DPM Beauty Pageant, the Applicant must satisfy all of the following conditions:
1. The Applicant must be an Indian national by birth.
2. The Applicant must fall within the age range applicable to their chosen category as set out in Clause 2 above.
3. The Applicant must be in good physical health and of good moral character.
4. All female applicants must be natural-born females.
5. For the Mrs. India category, the Applicant must be a married woman at the time of application.
6. The Applicant must not be under any commercial contract with any modeling agency at the time of appearing for the auditions.
7. Once shortlisted, the Applicant cannot enter into any other commercial contract without the prior written consent of the Organizer.
8. The Applicant must not have any criminal record or pending criminal proceedings against them.
9. No prior modeling, acting, or performance experience is required.
The Organizer reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to disqualify any Applicant who does not satisfy the eligibility criteria, regardless of whether the fee has been paid and whether such ineligibility is discovered before, during, or after participation.
The registration process consists of the following steps:
1. Step 1 — Personal Details: The Applicant fills in their personal information including Name, Email, WhatsApp Number, Date of Birth, Age, Father's/Spouse's Name, Marital Status, State, City, and Category.
2. Step 2 — Review: The Applicant reviews all submitted details before proceeding.
3. Step 3 — Payment: The Applicant completes payment of the registration fee through the payment gateway
All information submitted by the Applicant must be accurate, complete, and truthful. The submission of incorrect, false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage — whether before, during, or after registration — shall result in immediate disqualification without any entitlement to refund.
The Applicant must be prepared to submit valid age proof documents upon request by the Organizer. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to: Passport, Aadhaar Card, Birth Certificate, School Leaving Certificate, or Driver's License. Failure to produce valid documents upon request shall result in disqualification.
Upon successful payment, the Applicant will receive a confirmation on their registered email and/or WhatsApp. The Organizer's team will contact the Applicant within 24 hours with the next steps for auditions. Registration is considered complete only upon receipt of full payment and confirmation by the Organizer.
5.1 The registration fee paid by the Applicant is strictly nonrefundable and non-cancellable under all circumstances once payment has been successfully processed.
5.2 The registration once submitted and paid for is non-transferable to another person, another category, or another event cycle.
5.3 No Refund of Grooming Fees / Installments
No refund, credit, waiver, adjustment, or reimbursement shall be made in respect of any grooming fee or any instalment thereof paid by a contestant, once the contestant has registered for and been selected for the Final Pageant Show, irrespective of the reason for withdrawal, non-participation, absence, change of decision, or inability to attend the event.
All grooming fees and instalments paid thereafter shall be treated as non-refundable under all circumstances.
5.4 In the event of cancellation of the entire Event by the Organizer for reasons beyond their control (including but not limited to force majeure events), any refund or credit decision shall rest entirely at the sole discretion of the Organizer. No automatic right to refund shall arise.
5.5 These terms are accepted by the Applicant at the time of registration by ticking the checkbox confirming agreement to the Terms and Conditions before proceeding to payment.
5.6 Before making any payments read, all the relevant terms and conditions which is mentioned on company official website and other credentials
6.1 Online auditions are conducted over Zoom or any other video conferencing platform designated by the Organizer.
6.2 If the Applicant fails to join the designated audition link on three (3) consecutive scheduled occasions, the registration shall be considered null and void and the Applicant shall forfeit their place in the competition. No refund shall be due in such circumstances.
6.3 The Applicant is responsible for ensuring stable internet connectivity, a functioning device, and timely joining of the audition session. Technical issues at the Applicant's end do not entitle the Applicant to a rescheduled session or refund as of right.
6.4 If the Applicant has concerns about the Zoom link or schedule, they must proactively contact the Organizer at dpmentertainment@gmail.com in advance.
7.1 The prizes, benefits, and opportunities advertised on the website, including but not limited to Cash Prize worth ₹5,00,000, 1-Year InHouse Contract, Free International Trip Voucher, Brand Ambassador opportunities, Guaranteed Portfolio Shoot, and Digital Exposure, are subject to the following:
• Applicability of Terms and Conditions specifically governing each prize or benefit
• Successful completion of all required stages by the winner
• Availability of sponsors, partners, and third parties at the time of the Event
• The Organizer's ability to fulfill the prize based on sponsor commitment
7.2 The Organizer is not responsible if a sponsor or third party does not fulfill a prize or benefit promised by them. Prize delivery timelines and formats may vary.
7.3 The "Direct Ticket to Bollywood," "Chance to Work with Bollywood Celebrities," and similar promotional statements are indicative of opportunities that may arise through the Organizer's network and do not constitute a guaranteed contractual commitment.
7.4 The Organizer does not guarantee income, employment, casting, or professional success to any Applicant or winner. 8. Rules and Regulations of the Contest
The Applicant agrees to abide by the following rules throughout their participation:
1. The Applicant must abide by all rules as modified from time to time by the Organizer.
2. The Applicant must participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout the Event as per the schedule provided.
3. The Applicant must maintain good health, conduct, and moral character throughout the competition.
4. Only the Applicant (not their family, agents, or representatives) shall be allowed inside the designated venue for preliminary rounds.
5. Incorrect information provided at any stage shall result in immediate disqualification, whether discovered before, during, or after participation.
6. The Applicant must not be under any commercial contract with a modeling or talent agency at the time of auditions.
7. Once shortlisted, the Applicant shall not enter into any other commercial contract without prior written consent of the Organizer.
8. The Organizer is not responsible for any delays in receipt of applications or correspondence for any reason.
9. The schedule of events, qualification rounds, venues, and timings is subject to change at the sole discretion of the Organizer.
10. In the event of any dispute arising at any stage of the competition, the Organizer's decision shall be final and binding on the Applicant.
11. The decision of the judges in all scoring, selection, and title-awarding matters is final and binding and cannot be contested, challenged, or appealed.
12. The Organizer has the right to cancel, reschedule, postpone, or amend the competition at any time.
9.1 The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
• Accept or reject any application without providing reasons
• Disqualify any Applicant at any stage for breach of these T&Cs or Rules
• Change, modify, or update these T&Cs at any time with effect from the date of update on the website
• Modify the categories, prizes, stages, schedule, format, and venue of the Event
• Cancel or postpone the Event
9.2 The Organizer's decisions on all matters related to the competition shall be final, conclusive, and binding.
10.1 By registering for the DPM Beauty Pageant, the Applicant grants DPM Entertainment a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, nonexclusive license to use their name, photograph, video footage, interview content, application details, and any content created during the Event for the purpose of:
• Promoting the Event on social media, digital platforms, television, and print media
• Marketing and advertising DPM Entertainment and its future events
• Press releases, promotional reels, testimonials, and official publications
10.2 The Applicant agrees not to use the DPM brand, logo, trademarks, or any promotional material belonging to the Organizer without prior written permission.
10.3 All content, creative work, branding, and intellectual property of the Event including event name, crown design, logo, and format remain the sole property of DPM Entertainment. 11. Health, Safety, and Liability
11.1 The Applicant participates in all stages of the Event, including photoshoots, auditions, interviews, and nale events, entirely at their own risk.
11.2 The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss of property, personal injury, accident, illness, or any other harm su ered by the Applicant during or arising from their participation in the Event.
11.3 The Applicant must ensure they are in good health at the time of participation. Any health concerns must be disclosed to the Organizer before participating in physical stages of the competition.
11.4 The Organizer's total liability under these T&Cs, if any arises, shall not exceed the registration fee paid by the Applicant (i.e., ₹999).
The Applicant agrees to keep con dential any non-public information shared by the Organizer including but not limited to event planning details, internal communications, judging criteria, shortlisting processes, and business strategies. This obligation survives termination or conclusion of the Applicant's participation.
13.1 By registering for the Event, the Applicant consents to DPM Entertainment collecting, storing, and processing their personal data including Name, Email, WhatsApp Number, Date of Birth, Age, Father's/Spouse's Name, Marital Status, State, and City for the following purposes:
• Processing the Applicant's registration and audition
• Communication regarding the Event
• Verification of eligibility
• Promotional and marketing use (as described in Clause 10)
13.2 For Miss Teen Applicants below 18 years of age, the parent or legal guardian must provide consent to the collection and use of the minor's personal data by accepting these T&Cs.
13.3 The Organizer shall handle personal data in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and any rules issued thereunder.

14.1 Applicants in the Miss Teen India category must be between 12 and 18 years of age.
14.2 For Applicants below 18 years of age:
• Registration must be completed by the parent or legal guardian on behalf of the minor
• The parent/guardian must agree to these T&Cs on behalf of the minor
• The parent/guardian must accompany the minor for physical event stages unless otherwise communicated by the Organizer
• Consent for data collection, media use, and participation is given on behalf of the minor by the parent/guardian
14.3 The Organizer reserves the right to require submission of parent/guardian consent in writing as a condition of participation.
DPM Entertainment reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the official website at dpmentertainment.com. It is the Applicant's responsibility to review the T&Cs periodically. Continued participation after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. In the event of any dispute, di erence, or claim arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs or the Event, the courts of Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Rules and Regulations, Privacy Policy, and any other policies published on the official website, constitute the entire agreement between DPM Entertainment and the Applicant with respect to participation in the Event. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements on the same subject matter.
By clicking "I agree to all the Terms and Conditions of the Contest" and proceeding to payment, the Applicant confirms that they have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
